מי אנחנו
האפליקציה "השם שלי" ("האפליקציה") מופעלת על ידי מפתח האפליקציה ("אנחנו"). מסמך זה מסביר אילו נתונים נאספים בעת השימוש באפליקציה ומה נעשה בהם.
השמות שאתם כותבים נשארים במכשיר
השמות שאתם מזינים לניתוח, לבחירת שם לתינוק, למסר היומי ולהתאמת שמות מעובדים במכשיר שלכם בלבד. אנחנו לא שולחים אותם לשרתים שלנו, ואין לנו שרת שאוסף אותם. רשימת המועדפים, הניתוחים האחרונים, השפה וצורת הפנייה נשמרים באחסון המקומי של האפליקציה במכשיר, ונמחקים כשמוחקים את האפליקציה או דרך "מחיקת המועדפים וההיסטוריה" בהגדרות.
פרסומות (Google AdMob)
האפליקציה ממומנת באמצעות פרסומות של Google AdMob. כדי להציג ולמדוד פרסומות, ה־SDK של Google עשוי לאסוף מזהים של המכשיר (כמו מזהה הפרסום), כתובת IP, מידע כללי על המכשיר ועל האינטראקציה עם הפרסומות. הנתונים האלה נאספים ומעובדים על ידי Google בהתאם למדיניות הפרטיות של Google (policies.google.com/privacy). איננו מעבירים ל־Google את השמות שאתם כותבים.
הסכמה ובחירה
במדינות שבהן הדבר נדרש (למשל באזור הכלכלי האירופי, בבריטניה ובחלק ממדינות ארה"ב) יוצג לכם טופס הסכמה של Google לפני הצגת פרסומות מותאמות אישית. ב־iOS תתבקשו לאשר מעקב (App Tracking Transparency). אפשר לשנות את הבחירה בכל עת דרך "הגדרות פרטיות למודעות" במסך ההגדרות (כשהאפשרות נדרשת באזורכם), או בהגדרות המכשיר. סירוב לא מונע שימוש באפליקציה; ייתכן שיוצגו פרסומות לא מותאמות.
ילדים
האפליקציה מיועדת לקהל הרחב ואינה מכוונת לילדים מתחת לגיל 13. הפרסומות מוגבלות לתוכן המתאים לקהל כללי.
שיתוף
כשאתם בוחרים לשתף תמונה או טקסט, השיתוף נעשה דרך מערכת השיתוף של המכשיר אל האפליקציה שבחרתם, ואנחנו לא מקבלים עותק.
אבטחה ושמירת מידע
מאחר שאיננו אוספים את השמות שלכם, אין לנו מאגר שלהם. המידע המקומי מוגן על ידי מנגנוני האבטחה של המכשיר.
שינויים ויצירת קשר
ייתכן שנעדכן מדיניות זו מעת לעת; הגרסה העדכנית תופיע תמיד באפליקציה. לשאלות: social@sapirfamily.co.il.

Who we are
The "My Name" app (the "App") is operated by its developer ("we"). This policy explains what data is collected when you use the App and how it is used.
The names you type stay on your device
Names you enter for analysis, the baby name finder, the daily message and compatibility are processed on your device only. We do not send them to our servers, and we do not operate a server that collects them. Your favorites, recent readings, language and form of address are stored in the App's local storage on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the App or use "Delete favorites and history" in Settings.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App is funded by ads from Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google's SDK may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), IP address, general device information and ad interactions. This data is collected and processed by Google under Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). We do not pass the names you type to Google.
Consent and choices
Where required (for example in the EEA, the UK and some US states) a Google consent form is shown before personalized ads. On iOS you will be asked for App Tracking Transparency permission. You can change your choice at any time via "Ad privacy options" in Settings (where applicable in your region) or in your device settings. Declining does not stop you from using the App; you may see non-personalized ads.
Children
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. Ads are limited to content suitable for a general audience.
Sharing
When you choose to share an image or text, it goes through your device's share sheet to the app you pick; we do not receive a copy.
Security and retention
Because we do not collect your names, we hold no database of them. Local data is protected by your device's security.
